Weekly Menus

Nutritious snacks and home style lunches are served to the Toddler and Preschool Programs. The Kindergarten and School Age Programs are served lunch on full days. 

Menus are prepared in accordance with Ministry of Education guidelines, Canada's Food Guide, and the Paint Your Plate approach. 

Rotational Food Menu

RCCC follows a rotational menu system: 4-week rotating menus from September to December, January to June, and a 3-week rotating menu from July to August. This ensures that families with children with allergies, intolerances, and preferences have ample time to prepare, identify foods their child cannot have, and provide meal/snack substitutions.
