Our Educators

Our full-time educators are registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators, and are trained to educate through play; allowing the children to be exposed to situations that will stimulate curiosity, initiative, independence, self-esteem, communication, fine & gross motor skills, and respect for their peers and the world around them. In addition, our educators undergo CPR and First Aid Training, as well as Food Safety Training.
Our staff are also putting into practice the School Family philosophy guided by Conscious Discipline; an approach which encourages educators working with children to consciously respond to daily conflict by transforming them into opportunities to teach critical life skills. The Conscious Discipline focus begins with providing safety, both physically and emotionally, for all children; then creates an environment that aids in healthy connections among and with children in order to facilitate meaningful problem solving.
